Confidentiality and integrity are my guiding principles in achieving organizational objective.
I have a strong grounding in Insurance field of over 29 years where I worked in different
positions like, Ag. Head of human resources & Administration, head of section compensation
and performance management, Human resource officer, Compensation and Benefit Officer,
marketing officer, Underwriter, claims officer. Having operated at the highest level in insurance
field. I have acquired a very solid and expensive network of contacts that I am able to leverage
in a bid to achieve the objectives of my career.
I have Bachelor’s degree in Sociology.
I have trained in difference areas include; Planning and Budgeting Process, Women
Empowerment Policies & Strategies, Leadership skills and Time Management, Customer care,
Strengthening Information for Individuals Confronted Daily with Stressful an Anxiety-Inducing
Factors.

  • 1975: Founded and Pionnerd the Insurance Sector in Rwanda under the management of J.H. Minet (UK)
  • 1980: Capital increase from 50M Rwf to 400M Rwf
  • 1983: Capital increase to 500M Rwf; Expansion to Butare and Gisenyi
  • 2011: Structural change, splitting into SONARWA General Insurance (short-term) and SONARWA Life Insurance (long-term)
  • 2017: RSSB acquired an 84.67% majority share
