Jerry Ntare is a senior executive with 20+ years of cross‑sector experience in banking, investment holding and development finance. He currently serves as Senior Manager, Government Relations & Partnerships at the Agaciro Development Fund, where he leads public‑sector engagement, strategic partnerships and resource mobilization to advance national development priorities. Jerry’s career blends operational leadership, procurement and portfolio analysis with deep financial expertise. At Crystal Ventures Ltd and NPD Ltd he led investment origination, financial modelling, valuation and procurement reform; at KCB and Access Bank he built high‑value client relationships and revenue growth strategies. He is an experienced board representative, advising governance and strategy for portfolio companies and state‑linked entities. A Certified Company Director (London Institute of Directors - IOD) with an Executive Master’s in Financial Services Industry (FICP) from Luxembourg School of Business and a BBA in Finance, Jerry is fluent in English, Kinyarwanda, French and Swahili.

  • 1975: Founded and Pionnerd the Insurance Sector in Rwanda under the management of J.H. Minet (UK)
